Who we are and scope
Elite Business Launch provides brand, website, booking, payments, and customer-operations software for small businesses. This policy covers our public website, account registration, authenticated portals, and support channels.
Each customer organization operates in a logically separated tenant. Organization admins control their own workspace data subject to this policy and applicable law.
Information we collect
Account data: name, email, password hashes, organization details, and role memberships.
Service data: customers, work orders, estimates, invoices, schedules, and related business records you enter into the platform.
Support data: ticket content, attachments you upload, and correspondence with support@elitebusinesslaunch.com.
Technical data: IP address (often hashed for security), device/browser metadata, cookies or similar technologies, and security event logs (for example sign-in history).
How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the multi-tenant SaaS service; authenticate users; process subscriptions; and deliver support.
To send transactional messages (verification codes, password resets, billing notices, and ticket updates).
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments and card data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Elite Business Launch does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card details are handled by Stripe under their terms and security controls.
We may store Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, invoice status, and limited billing metadata needed to manage your plan.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics if enabled, and Stripe for payments) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction, with appropriate safeguards.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information as described in our Data Retention Policy—generally for the life of the account plus a limited period for backups, disputes, and legal compliance.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support@elitebusinesslaunch.com, subject to legal and contractual limits (including organization-owned tenant data controlled by your employer or business).
