Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using Elite Business Launch’s multi-tenant SaaS platform and related services.
Lawful use only
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities, or to violate the rights of others.
Prohibited content and conduct
No malware, phishing, spam, or unauthorized scraping of the platform.
No attempts to access other tenants’ data, bypass authentication, or probe systems without written authorization.
No uploading of illegal content, or content you do not have rights to process.
Security responsibilities
Keep credentials secure, enable available security features (such as MFA) where appropriate, and promptly report suspected compromises to support@elitebusinesslaunch.com.
Resource abuse
Do not overload APIs, automate abusive bulk operations, or use the service in ways that degrade performance for other tenants.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Serious cases may be reported to authorities.
