Terms of Service

Elite Business Launch provides software tools for branding, websites, bookings, payments, customer management, and related business operations. Features may vary by plan and organization configuration.

We may update, add, or remove features with reasonable notice when material to paying subscribers.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. Organization owners are responsible for users they invite and for activity under their tenant.

You must be legally able to enter contracts. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Taxes may apply based on your location.

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload customer or employee data into your tenant.

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Elite Business Launch in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Either party may terminate according to the Cancellation Policy and your plan terms. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled per the Data Retention Policy.
